ReplyDeletePeople don't realize what detrimental effects wearing improper fitting shoes can have on their overall health. Most of the mobility issues seen in older adults, as well as those in nursing homes have been caused by years of 干衣机 feet neglect and tight fitting and uncomfortable footwear. Wearing uncomfortable shoes can lead to problems such as ingrown toenails, callouses and bunions, it can have an even profound effect on your overall health; especially your back.
